Prices in the above PDF apply to a “typical” book, fiction or non-fiction, 6×9 or smaller, with less than 10 tables/photos and 20 sidebars. These prices do not apply to children’s picture books or books under 100 pages. If your book doesn’t fit into these parameters, please contact us.
