The first book I ghostwrote, and yes, it was for a trade publisher, misspelled the author's last name on the first hard cover printing. I was editing a magazine at the time and when I started to berate the publisher, stopped, thinking of all the mistakes my professionally edited magazine let through. None-the-less, every effort should be made...
